Khaberni - Major General Yousef Al-Hunaiti, Chief of the General Staff, visited the Central Military Region Command on Sunday, and the commander of the region received him.
Major General Al-Hunaiti listened to a briefing given by the commander of the region about the missions and duties carried out by the region's formations and units, the efforts made to raise the level of operational and training readiness, and inspected the preparations and readiness for conducting the solid building exercise carried out by the command of the region.
Major General Al-Hunaiti appreciated the roles and efforts made by the ranks of the region to deal with various security challenges within their area of responsibility, and observed an exhibition that includes the most prominent equipment, weapons, and gear used in the region.
He expressed his admiration for the distinguished level of readiness and combat readiness achieved.
He confirmed that the general command of the armed forces continues to update weapon systems and equipment, in line with the nature of developments and current and future requirements, to fulfill the mission of the armed forces in preserving the security and stability of the kingdom.
Major General Al-Hunaiti met with the ranks of the region, in the presence of a number of senior officers of the armed forces, conveying to them the confidence and pride of His Majesty the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, appreciating the efforts made by the armed forces in various locations and branches, and affirming that they will remain the shield of the nation and its strong fence against various threats.
