Khaberni -Dubai's hospitality sector is gearing up to launch an unprecedented culinary experience, with the opening of the first luxury restaurant that relies on artificial intelligence to design its recipes, scheduled for the end of next September.
The new project involves "Chef Ayman", the first digital chef designed with advanced algorithms for analyzing flavors and global cultures, and executing recipes that blend artificial intelligence with a human touch.
The restaurant, named "Wuhoo", combines luxury taste and modern technology in its experience, offering dishes inspired by Japanese cuisine with innovative blends.
Ahmed Ouyton Jakir, CEO of "Gastronaut" hospitality and a partner at "Vivid Studio", said that the idea started three years ago after trying out a recipe created by artificial intelligence at a restaurant, which turned into the best-selling dish.
"Chef Ayman" is distinguished by his ability for voice interaction and data analysis, focusing on sustainability, in addition to overseeing the training of chefs and the restaurant staff.
The founding partners added that this innovation is the first of its kind globally and was chosen to be launched from Dubai, given its status as the city of the future and one of the foremost incubators for artificial intelligence technologies worldwide.
