Qatar Exceptional Meeting to Assess the Damage from Intercepting Iranian Missiles

Khaberni -A high-level Qatari technical team gathered in Doha to assess and identify the damage resulting from the interception of Iranian missiles on June 23. The missiles were intercepted during an Iranian operation named "Bashair al-Fath".
At the instigation of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the team, led by the Minister of Interior, Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, the commander of the internal security force, and other security entities, convened and adopted mechanisms that have been put into operation to deal with the event, in addition to compensating the affected citizens and residents.
The Qatari air defense forces confronted the package of Iranian missiles directed against the Al Udeid American base, deploying 300 armed forces personnel at the time and activating Patriot missile batteries to counter the attack.

Doha condemned the Iranian attack at the time, considering it a blatant violation of Qatar's sovereignty and airspace, as well as international law and the United Nations Charter. Majed Al-Ansari, spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, confirmed that there were no human casualties as a result of the incident.
