The spokesperson confirmed that the joint investigation team followed up on this information and tracked all related leads from outside the kingdom until they identified the main person involved in the case, who came to the kingdom for this purpose. His movements were monitored, and the method of smuggling within heavy machinery parts was determined.
The spokesperson also noted that the date of entry of these parts through the Al-Karamah border crossing by a travel vehicle was identified, and the vehicle was monitored until the main suspect arrived to collect it in the capital, where he was arrested. Upon inspecting the vehicle, a collection of heavy machinery parts was found, and inside them, upon opening, 45 kg of crystal meth was discovered.
