Vivo Energy Jordan Opens Mecca Street Station as Part of a Plan to Expand the Presence of the Engen Brand in the Kingdom

Khaberni - Vivo Energy Jordan has inaugurated a service station bearing the "Engen" brand on Mecca Street in Amman, as part of its plans to convert former "Total Energies" stations to the "Engen" brand, within its strategy to develop its network of stations in the Kingdom and enhance customer experience.
Following the inauguration, members of the senior management of Vivo Energy in Jordan and Africa visited four other stations bearing the "Engen" brand on Wasfi al-Tal Street "The Gardens", Al-Muqabaleen, Abdullah Ghosheh Street, and Al-Bayader, exploring their facilities, services, and operational readiness.
The opening of the Mecca Street station comes as part of a phased plan to unify the identity of Vivo Energy's station network in the Kingdom under the "Engen" brand. The company has so far completed the rebranding of 14 out of a target of 135 stations across Jordan, according to the group's safety, quality, and operational standards.
Adel Saadallah, General Manager of Vivo Energy Jordan, said: "The opening of the Mecca Street station and the other four stations marks the start of an investment and operational phase in which the company aims to make significant improvements in its network of stations and customer experience in Jordan. This approach is based on Vivo Energy Group's extensive experience in the African markets, and a deep understanding of the Jordanian market needs and customer expectations."
Adel Saadallah, General Manager of Vivo Energy Jordan, stated that the opening of the Mecca Street station represents a crucial step in the upcoming phase of the company's investment and development plans, indicating that its focus is on making tangible improvements in its operations, offering high-quality and reliable services that meet the changing needs of customers.
Saadallah added that the upcoming phase will continue updating the station network and improving its services according to a phased plan, adhering to standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency, investing in the capabilities of national talents and providing more comprehensive and reliable services for individuals and business sectors, affirming that building a sustainable presence for the "Engen" brand in the Kingdom will be based on the quality of customer experience and the strength of long-term local partnerships.
Vivo Energy Jordan had opened in August the first of its service stations to bear the global "Engen" brand, marking the start of the actual implementation phase of its plan to convert and develop its network of stations in the Kingdom, following the completion of the acquisition of "Total Energies Marketing – Jordan".
Vivo Energy, the leading company in the distribution of oil derivatives, operates and markets its products in Africa and the Indian Ocean islands, in addition to Jordan. The group includes a network of about 4200 service stations in 29 markets, and it also exports lubricating oils to several African countries.

It also provides fuel, lubricants, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and chemicals to its business sector customers in a wide range of industries including maritime, aviation, construction, energy, transportation, agriculture, and manufacturing.
