Khaberni - The ownership of the investment portfolio of Mohamed Salah’s family, the captain of the Egyptian national team and the star of the Turkish team Trabzonspor in football in the United Kingdom, is distributed among four legal entities, which vary in sizes and roles, according to the website "Forbes".
In a report published by the site, the four entities consist of "Salah UK Commercial Limited", which was established in January 2014 and has been solely owned by Salah with no less than 75% of the shares and voting rights since 2016, giving him direct control. His wife Magi Sadek is not registered as an owner of any share and her role was limited to joining the board of directors last August alongside director Frederick Hexstable, who has been in his position since 2024.
In addition to "Moss Real Estate Limited", which was established in March 2020 and relies on a joint ownership contract between Salah and his wife as they have considerable control over decisions and ownership since September 2021. Despite this joint ownership, the "Egyptian Pharaoh" has held the position of director alone for most of the past period, according to the German news agency "DPA".
Alongside "Trinity Kensington Limited", which was established in August 2020 and shows his daughter Makka alongside her father as owners and having control together, without listing Magi Sadek as an owner of shares, while the latter took over the position of director last August, succeeding Salah to manage executive operations only.
As for "Moss Investors Limited", it was established in November 2022 and is the newest company, fully owned by Magi Sadek who holds all the issued shares, which total 100 shares, while Salah’s role was limited to being a director from the founding until he exited the board this year without owning any share.
Regarding financial performance and debt statistics and asset size, the site disclosed in its report that the total value of the assets of the four companies before deducting obligations reaches $72.9 million, while their combined net asset value after deducting obligations and loans falls to about $47 million, with the difference of $26 million representing debts that finance the portfolio and support its assets.
"Salah UK Commercial Limited"
And "Salah UK Commercial Limited" represents the financially strongest entity and the only one generating operational revenues, as its net assets rose from $39.5 million to $47.9 million in the year ending in June 2025 with an increase of $8.4 million, despite a rise in the corporate tax owed to it to $1.6 million which is more than three times its previous level, and it employs only one paid staff member, who is the only one paid in the entire group, and its company value concentrates on cash liquidity and short-term deposits worth $59 million, with the book value of its only investment property reduced to $2 million.
Meanwhile, "Moss Real Estate Limited" records a financial deficit annually since 2022, currently amounting to $227,000 after reducing the value of its property by $257,000, and the balance of the loan provided by its director to finance it rose to $2.17 million.
On the other hand, "Trinity Kensington Limited" has shifted from a deficit of $1450 to achieving net assets of $5400, but it completely relies on a loan provided by its director that exceeded a balance of $2.67 million.
The largest burden of debts
Meanwhile, "Moss Investors Limited" carries the largest burden of debts and records a deficit amounting to $684,000 after reducing the value of a property it bought for $6.7 million by $724,500, and it relies on a loan that increased its balance to more than $6.77 million.
According to the "Forbes" report, changes in the boards of directors came days after confirming Salah's move to the Trabzonspor club in Turkey last August, where it became easier to assign someone residing inside the United Kingdom for daily management instead of managing from a distance.
The official data confirms that the change was limited to distributing administrative responsibilities without modifying asset ownership, as the presence of the wife and daughter in ownership and control structures dates back to previous years and is not a new arrangement, thereby denying the hypothesis of a sudden relinquishment of ownership and confirming the continuation of historical share distribution as it is.
