Khaberni - In accordance with the royal directives, the Chief of the Joint Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti, instructed on Wednesday to send a plane from the Royal Jordanian Air Force for the evacuation of a 6-year-old Jordanian child after he was involved in a traffic accident in the United Arab Emirates.
The evacuation operation was carried out in coordination with the Jordanian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, where a plane equipped with a specialized medical team from the Royal Air Force medical service was dispatched to ensure the necessary medical care for the child during his transfer to the Kingdom.
The plane arrived at Marka Military Airport this evening, where the child was evacuated and transferred to the Hussein Medical City to continue his treatment and provide the necessary medical care by the concerned medical teams and specialties.
The child's family expressed their profound thanks and appreciation to His Majesty the King, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, for this humanitarian gesture, appreciating the great efforts made by the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army in serving the citizens and supporting them under various conditions.
This operation is part of the royal directives and the commitment of the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army to provide support and assistance to Jordanian citizens, especially in emergency medical and humanitarian situations, both inside the Kingdom and abroad.
