Khaberni - The non-governmental organization Gun Violence Archive announced that the death toll in shooting incidents in the United States during Independence Day celebrations reached 100 people.
The organization mentioned in a post on the social media site "X" on Monday that the number of shooting incidents during the Independence Day holiday in the United States reached 20 incidents, which is a record since 2021.
It added that the incidents resulted in the deaths of 100 people and injured 340 others with wounds over 3 days.
The organization noted that these data are preliminary and may be revised later.
It is noted that the United States celebrated the 250th anniversary of the country's founding on July 4th.
