Khaberni - Iranian leader Mojtaba Khamenei emphasized the necessity of arresting the criminals against the Iranian people and their leaders, and legally prosecuting them for their crimes.
Khamenei said in a message on the occasion of the Judiciary Week and the anniversary of the murder of Ayatollah Sayed Beheshti and his colleagues: "Fulfilling the rights of the people is not limited to individual cases, but also includes various public and social rights."
He added: "Among the most prominent legal and judicial issues that concern all the Iranian people at this stage is pursuing and fulfilling the rights that have been violated due to the crimes committed by international criminals and arrogant and aggressive powers."
He affirmed that the crimes committed against the Iranian people should constitute a separate legal file, indeed hundreds and thousands of files that must be pursued vigorously in national and international courts.
He continued: "There is no doubt that the criminals must be held accountable and receive the consequences of their crimes." Pointing out that one of the important points in this context, firstly: the confessions of some leaders of the United States and the Zionist entity, in fact their brazen boasting about these crimes, constitutes a legal acknowledgment of them, and provides a suitable basis for claiming the rights of the Iranian people that have been violated."
He added: "Secondly: Implementing the directives of the martyred leader of the revolution, which he emphasized in his last meeting with the officials of the judiciary in July of last year regarding the pursuit of crimes committed in the second imposed war, requires expanding this path to include the third imposed war as well, and continuing to pursue it until judgments are made and executed by the competent authorities, as this plays a role in preventing the recurrence of such crimes in the future."
