During the session today, Saturday, Shabaan Said, the attorney general, represented Dr. Ashraf Zaki, the head of the acting professions, and claimed civilly for 40,000 pounds and one pound for provisional civil compensation.
Said, the legal advisor for the acting professions syndicate, presented during the session a folder containing documents published by the defendant, and what it represented in terms of an offense against Dr. Ashraf Zaki, and decided that the charge was proven against her through investigations, detectives' inquiries, and her confession, in addition to the technical report included in the documents.
The Nozha prosecution had decided to refer the artist Yasmina El Masri to criminal court, accusing her of insulting and defaming the artist Ashraf Zaki, the head of the acting professions.
