Khaberni - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs is monitoring the situation of Jordanians in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, following the two earthquakes that hit the country.
The ministry's spokesman, Fuad Al-Majali, clarified that one of the Jordanian citizens residing in Venezuela died as a result of the earthquake, while his wife is still missing. The ministry is coordinating with the Venezuelan authorities through the Jordanian embassy in Brazil to continue searching for her and provide the necessary support and assistance to his family.
He also clarified that the rest of the Jordanians residing in Venezuela are safe.
Al-Majali has called on Jordanians residing and present in Venezuela to contact the ministry or the Jordanian embassy in Brazil to request assistance around the clock through the following numbers
