Khaberni - Irbid Governorate has announced free bus services to transport citizens from the city of Irbid to the city of Jerash, enabling them to watch the national football team’s (the Nashama) final match against the Argentina team, as part of their participation in the 2026 World Cup, which will be displayed on giant screens in the ancient theaters of Jerash.
The governorate, in a statement, stated that the buses will depart at 3:30 AM on Sunday from the Amman Travels Complex (Jet Roundabout), noting that a sufficient number of buses are available to ensure easy and smooth transportation for participants. There is also the possibility of providing buses to any other area within the governorate if a sufficient number of citizens gather, urging coordination for this purpose through the phone number (0796077400).
It was added that the match will be shown on giant screens in the archaeological theaters of Jerash, allowing the largest number of citizens to watch the match and support the national team in an enthusiastic and patriotic atmosphere.
The governorate confirmed that participation in the event is available for free for all citizens, round trip, highlighting that this initiative is part of supporting the national team, promoting values of support and national belonging, and promoting Jordanian archaeological and tourist sites.
Several municipalities of the Irbid Governorate had previously announced buses from their areas to transport fans to the archaeological city of Jerash; to encourage and support the national team.
