Khaberni - An external patrol, operating within its jurisdiction, apprehended a vehicle speeding at 217 kilometers per hour, prior to the security patrol at Shuwaier station.
The external patrols administration said on Thursday that the vehicle was detected by the automatic monitoring system speeding at 217 kilometers per hour, despite the road speed limit being 100 kilometers per hour.
It added that a violation was issued against the driver, his driving license was seized, and he was warned about the dangers of reckless driving and exceeding speed limits.
