Minister of Youth stresses the importance of intensifying the promotion to support the national team in its upcoming match

Khaberni - Minister of Youth Raed Adwan emphasized the importance of intensifying the promotion of the media plan specifically meant for covering the national team's upcoming match, focusing on digital platforms, and social media, indicating that the main committee in Amman takes charge of providing various forms of support and logistical services necessary for the success of the event.

He added during a meeting held on Monday, in the governorate of Jerash in the presence of the governor and several officials, the importance of enhancing efforts to monitor the preparations for the reception of the audience and monitoring the anticipated match.

The participants in the meeting confirmed that the official entities in the governorate had completed their organizational, security, and logistical preparations, which ensures an appropriate environment for the audience and reflects the civilized image of the governorate, amid significant public interest in the match.

Jerash Governor Malik Khresat stated that the governor's office has enhanced the readiness of various official institutions, including the municipality and the executive council, to work on mobilizing community participation and encouraging citizens to contribute to the success of the event, alongside implementing a comprehensive media plan to promote the event and the ongoing preparations.

He pointed to the formation of a special organizing committee for the event and assigning supervisors to oversee the stands and different areas, aiming to guarantee good organization and direct field monitoring.

For his part, the Mayor of Greater Jerash Mohammad Bani Yasin explained that there has been communication with official and community figures and various entities in the governorate to mobilize participation and support the event, in addition to coordinating with youth centers and civil society institutions.

He added that the municipal sector succeeded in mobilizing about 5100 participants, with an expected turnout of between 2000-2500 people at Al-Hassan Sport City, alongside the participation of families in the oval plaza, and delegations from the municipalities of Irbid governorate estimated at about 500 people, along with 11 buses coming from Ajloun.

He mentioned that a wide-ranging media plan had been implemented, which contributed to enhancing audience interaction and promoting the event at the provincial level.

In turn, Jerash Police Director Brigadier Raafat Al-Maaytah confirmed the readiness of the security plan for the event, which includes deploying security teams, patrols, and specialized forces at the northern and southern entrances and in the oval plaza, ensuring the safety of participants and the smooth flow of movement.

Director of Youth in Jerash Abdulilah Mashagbeh said that the youth centers and clubs had completed their preparations for participation, noting that 11 buses from sports clubs and 9 buses from the ministry have been allocated to transport participants to the event site.

President of the Charity Associations Federation in Jerash Zaid Zaboon confirmed that the federation has finished its preparations for participating in the event, noting that 200 boxes of water will be provided for distribution to the participants in the stands to support the success of the event.

On the sidelines of the meeting, the Minister of Youth, accompanied by Governor Khresat and a number of officials, conducted a field tour in the archaeological city of Jerash to inspect the final arrangements for the event sites and monitor the readiness of the screens designated for the match broadcast.
