Khaberni - In its commitment to enhancing communication with its graduates and benefiting from their professional experiences in developing the educational and academic process, Dr. Wafaa Al-Eid, Dean of the Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences, accompanied by Dr. Nabil Hamidan, a faculty member, conducted a field visit to the Educational Growth Schools managed by Mr. Ahmed Hashem, a graduate of Arab Amman University/ Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences.
This visit is part of Arab Amman University's program to follow up on its graduates at their workplaces, to learn about their professional success stories, and to strengthen communication channels with them to help develop academic programs and align them with labor market requirements. During the visit, the delegation observed the educational environment at the institution and the programs and initiatives implemented there. There was also a meeting with Mr. Ahmed Hashem to listen to his professional experience and his views on the key skills and competencies needed by graduates of educational and psychological specialties in the practical field.
In this regard, Dr. Al-Eid emphasized that Arab Amman University pays significant attention to following up with its graduates, considering them active partners in the academic renewal and development process. She pointed out that the feedback provided by the graduates is an important source in updating study plans and enhancing the quality of educational outputs, which aligns with labor market requirements and meets its evolving needs. She added that the university operates within an institutional vision aimed at building a sustainable communication system with its graduates through field visits, periodic meetings, and specialized surveys, allowing for monitoring their professional pathways and utilizing their experiences in developing academic programs and improving learning outcomes.
For his part, Mr. Ahmed praised the role played by Arab Amman University in preparing him academically and professionally, affirming that the knowledge and skills he acquired during his studies directly contributed to his success and advancement in his career. He stressed the importance of continuing and enhancing communication channels between the university and its graduates through field visits, periodic meetings, and interactive programs because these contribute positively to the exchange of experiences, support the educational process, develop academic and training programs to meet labor market needs, and help bridge the gap between theoretical and practical aspects, thereby enhancing the competence of graduates and their ability to compete in various work fields.
