Khaberni - In order to ensure the circulation of food according to the approved health requirements related to the distribution, transport, and storage of foodstuffs, the Public Corporation for Food and Drug confirmed the necessity of compliance with not providing or distributing any foodstuffs as donations by any party including charitable associations, without prior approval from the Corporation according to the proper procedures.
The Corporation noted that it monitors compliance with these requirements, under the penalty of taking necessary actions in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Development and the General Union of Charitable Societies, and various concerned authorities.
