Khaberni - The Council of Ministers decided, on Sunday, to refer the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education for Vocational and Technical Education, Mohammad Subhi Mohammad Ghaith, and the General Manager of the Hejaz Railway Corporation, Zahy Ahmad Abdul Rahman Khalil, to retirement.
