Khaberni - Recent reports have spread about the Syrian star Omar Al Somah's nearing move to Al-Faisaly Jordanian, while other reports hinted that the intended club might actually be Al-Faisaly Saudi.
In fact, Al Somah has not yet decided on his next destination, but he has confirmed his departure from Al-Hazem Saudi club at the end of his stint with the team.
Al Somah clarified that there is a 75% chance he will stay in the Saudi league, likely with his next club being from the Riyadh area, prompting some followers to connect his name with Al-Faisaly Saudi.
Negotiations with Al-Faisaly Jordanian
On the other hand, reports have spoken of advanced negotiations between Al Somah and Al-Faisaly Jordanian.
The website "Win Win" mentioned that Al-Faisaly, which aims to make a strong appearance in the AFC Champions League season 2, is preparing to strengthen its ranks with a number of significant deals.
The site noted that, despite the secrecy surrounding the negotiations conducted by the club's interim committee, Al Somah's name has been strongly proposed for joining "The Leader".
The site cited Qatari media personality Khalid Jassim, who announced on his social media accounts that Al Somah is close to signing with Al-Faisaly Jordanian, noting that the player is currently in Qatar to participate in the analytical coverage of the 2026 World Cup matches.
Al-Wehdat stars on Al-Faisaly's radar
The report added that recent information has leaked about Al-Faisaly engaging in negotiations with Al-Wehdat stars Anas Al-Awdat and Abdullah Al-Fakhouri, in addition to the current Hussein Irbid and former Al-Faisaly star Yousef Abu Jelboush "Saisa", as part of the club’s efforts to bolster its ranks for upcoming challenges.
