Khaberni - Mohammad Al-Jaafari of the national karate team clinched the gold medal in the under 84 kg category at the Asian Championship held in Bali, Indonesia.
Al-Jaafari's crowning with the gold medal came after he won the final match against Emirati player Reda Al-Masoudi with a score of 13-3.
Additionally, Abdurrahman Al-Masatafe of the national karate team won the silver medal in the under 67 kg category at the Asian Championship.
Yara Nasser, from the national karate team, also secured a silver medal in the under 68 kg category at the Asian Championship.
The men's national karate team also garnered a gold medal in the team kumite event at the same championship.
