Khaberni - In its continued effort to care for human resources and provide the best levels of healthcare to its employees and their families, the International Arab Islamic Bank announced the signing of a joint cooperation agreement with the National Health Insurance Management Company "Nat Health", a leader in managing medical expenses and services.
This agreement aims to delegate the management of medical expenses and services for employees of the International Arab Islamic Bank to "Nat Health", ensuring the provision of comprehensive and prompt health services, improving the level of medical care offered to employees through an extensive and distinguished medical network, and enhancing the work environment and investment in human resources.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the bank by Mr. Eyad Al Asali, the General Manager, and on behalf of the company by Mr. Karim Qawar, Chairman of the Board.
On this occasion, Mr. Eyad Al Asali emphasized that signing this agreement reflects the bank's strategy that prioritizes the health and safety of its employees, pointing out that choosing "Nat Health" came as it possesses a wealth of experience, high efficiency, and advanced technological systems in managing health insurance and medical services, aligning with the bank's strategy towards digital transformation, which facilitates employees' access to necessary approvals and medical care easily and smoothly.
