Khaberni - The Israeli army announced today the death of 4 of its soldiers, including a battalion commander, during the battles in southern Lebanon.
The occupying army announced the death of the commander of battalion 52, Lieutenant Colonel Dor Gdalyahu Ben Simon (32 years old), and 3 other soldiers whose identities have not been disclosed at the time of writing this.
The Israeli army stated that last night witnessed confrontations described as "difficult and complex" with elements from Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
In related news, Israeli media reported that the council of the Adam settlement, located northeast of Jerusalem, announced the death of one of its soldiers during the battles in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation mentioned that a senior officer from Division 36 in the Israeli army was injured during the confrontations that took place in southern Lebanon last night.
