The Faculty of Nursing at AlZaytoonah University of Jordan organizes the annual meeting for graduates and employers

Khaberni  - In the framework of its vision aimed at enhancing partnership with its graduates and establishing its active presence in the health sector, the Faculty of Nursing at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized the annual meeting for graduates and employers, reaffirming its commitment to building sustainable communication bridges with its graduates and enhancing cooperation with leading health institutions.

The meeting served as an active platform for exchanging professional experiences and knowledge among graduates and representatives of the employers, in addition to showcasing joint cooperation opportunities that contribute to supporting the professional development of graduates and aligning educational outcomes with the rapidly changing needs of the labor market in the health sector. The meeting also reflected the pivotal role that the college plays in preparing qualified nursing competencies that possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel and compete in various work environments.

This meeting was organized with support and follow-up from the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Hasan Abu Al-Ruz, who constantly affirms that the relationship between the college and its graduates represents an extended partnership that goes beyond graduation, and is based on an institutional vision that believes in the successes and professional achievements of the graduates as an extension of the college's mission and a manifestation of its academic and social impact.

The meeting also embodies the qualitative efforts made by the Graduate Monitoring Committee in the college to enhance effective communication with graduates, and develop strategic partnerships with employers, which opens broader horizons for training and professional development, and contributes to building a supportive professional network that keeps pace with the aspirations of graduates and meets the renewed needs of the health sector.

Participants emphasized the importance of continuing such meetings that contribute to strengthening the relationship between the university and its graduates, and provide a space for dialogue and exchange of experiences, which enhances career development opportunities and elevates the level of health services through providing institutions with distinguished nursing competencies.
