Khaberni - The Alimony Lending Fund launched the digital transformation project in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship; aiming to develop the services provided to beneficiaries, enhance the efficiency of institutional operations, and promote digital integration, in line with national directions and the public sector modernization program.
The General Manager of the Fund, Mamoun Al-Lawama, confirmed that this initiative represents an important milestone in the fund's development journey, pointing out that digital transformation is one of the main enablers for improving the quality of services, facilitating access to them, and accelerating their completion.
He said that the project is in line with the supreme royal visions, the targets of the economic modernization vision, and the national strategy for digital transformation, which focuses on building interconnected government services, contributing to the improvement of the service recipient's experience, and enhancing government performance.
Al-Lawama added that the fund carries out a humanitarian, social, and legal mission, which consists of providing financial protection for those entitled to alimony and enhancing family stability, stressing that digital transformation is a direct investment in improving the quality of services and raising levels of transparency and reliability, thus enhancing the beneficiaries' trust in government institutions.
He pointed out that the project aligns with the fund's strategic plan, which prioritizes service development, efficiency enhancement of procedures, and the employment of modern technologies to provide more effective and sustainable services.
Al-Lawama appreciated the support provided by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship to public institutions, affirming that the project embodies a model of partnership between government entities and the information technology sector, contributing to achieving the Jordanian state's targets in institutional excellence.
The project represents a new step in the fund's digital transformation journey, implementing its strategic plan for the years 2026-2028, following its previous success in launching an online donation service and making it available through its official website and the "eFAWATEERcom" platform, as part of an integrated approach to automating services and facilitating access to them.
