Khaberni - Pages on social media platforms in the occupied West Bank have called for a boycott campaign of the King Hussein (Al-Karamah) crossing citing delays and the difficulty of procedures.
Complaints about crossing from the West Bank to Jordan in the summer have become routine due to tourist traffic, family visits, and school and work holidays.
It was notable how many inhabitants of the occupied Palestinian cities interacted with calls to boycott the bridge. According to Khaberni, many have called to head towards airports of the entity or the Umm Al-Rashrash crossing.
Commentators on the West Bank pages complained about the long lines they stand in, claiming to face rough treatment from the Jordanian side.
