Khaberni - US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that the United States will keep its forces in the Gulf "for a period" after Washington reached agreement with Tehran to end their ongoing conflict which has lasted for about four months in the region.
Trump added in remarks to reporters in Paris that if other countries have ballistic missiles, "it is somewhat unfair" that Iran does not have any missiles.
The memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran calls for Tehran to open the Strait of Hormuz, and the United States to lift its blockade, launch negotiations on Iran's nuclear program for 60 days, exempt Iran from certain sanctions to enable it to sell oil during this period, and includes significant economic incentives if Iran signs a final nuclear deal.
