Khaberni - The Jordanian Armed Forces sent today, Wednesday, a supply convoy consisting of (10) trucks loaded with specialty drugs, medical supplies, and prosthetic limb equipment to the Jordanian field hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
This convoy was dispatched in implementation of the royal directives, aiming to enhance the capabilities of the field hospitals and enable them to continue providing medical, therapeutic, and rehabilitation services to the visitors and patients, amidst the difficult humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip.
The commander of the Jordanian field hospital in southern Gaza/10 stated that the convoy included quantities of specialty drugs, medical consumables, and prosthetic limb equipment, contributing to the support of therapeutic and rehabilitation services offered to the injured and patients, and meeting the needs of the beneficiaries of the services of the field hospitals. He added that the dispatch of this convoy came after assessing the actual needs of the medical sector in Gaza.
The Jordanian Armed Forces confirmed their continued execution of their humanitarian and medical mission towards their Palestinian brethren, by providing the field hospitals with their various needs, ensuring the sustainability of healthcare and therapeutic services for the attendees.
It is noted that the Jordanian field hospitals in northern and southern Gaza Strip continue to provide their medical and humanitarian services around the clock, as part of the ongoing Jordanian efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian brethren and support their resilience in facing the current humanitarian challenges.
