Khaberni - Just days after a similar incident, the Egyptian security forces managed to arrest an individual who impersonated an allergy and immunology specialist and based his illegal activities in an unlicensed clinic in Giza province.
According to a Ministry of Interior statement last Tuesday evening, information and investigations by the Public Security sector confirmed that a chemist, working at a company and residing within the Nasr City's second police department jurisdiction, was impersonating an allergy doctor, promoting his services through a social media page which invited patients to visit his clinic for medical examinations.
After legalizing the procedures, the suspect was targeted in coordination with the relevant authorities inside the referred to clinic located in the Dokki police department area in Giza province, which was found to be operating without a license, where he was caught with a large amount of unlicensed medicines inside the clinic.
Impersonation and forgery
The relevant authorities took the necessary legal measures regarding the incident, and the clinic was closed in coordination with the concerned authorities.
It is worth mentioning that just a few days ago, the Egyptian security forces arrested a famous cardiologist named (W.M.), to implement a final court judgment of 10 years imprisonment, after proving his involvement in forging his academic qualification, impersonating the head of the cardiac surgery department at Ain Shams University, along with falsifying 4 national ID cards.
Security investigations revealed a shocking surprise, as it turned out that the accused was expelled from the Faculty of "Languages" and had no connection to the medical profession. However, he successfully opened a medical clinic in the "Downtown" area of Cairo to practice the profession fictitiously.
