The occupation says it intercepted missiles launched by Hezbollah towards its forces in Lebanon

Khaberni - The Israeli occupation army said, on Monday, that the air force intercepted several shells fired by Hezbollah towards the area where its forces are operating in southern Lebanon, and that warning sirens were not activated, following the signing of an agreement between Iran and the United States that ends military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon.

The occupation army added, in a statement, that Hezbollah launched on Monday an anti-tank missile and several mortar shells towards the occupation forces in southern Lebanon, with no injuries reported.

It continued stating that it attacked individuals who were moving by vehicles and approached the occupation army in a manner that “posed an immediate threat to it”.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the army will stay in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria “as long as necessary”.

He added, “I want to say clearly: We will remain in these safe areas as long as necessary.”

Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced, on the night of Sunday - Monday, that a peace agreement was reached between the United States and Iran following intensive talks.

Sharif said via his account on “X” that both sides declared an immediate and permanent cessation of military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon.
