Khaberni - The Financial Affairs and Money Laundering Prosecution in Egypt has ordered the referral of the blogger known as "Big Yasmin" to the Economic Court, on charges of assaulting family values and impersonating men.
The Public Prosecution had decided to release her on bail of 500 Egyptian pounds after Big Yasmin's defense argued the invalidity of the investigations and the absence of technical reports proving her involvement in publishing indecent videos.
The arrest of the accused was based on her posting video clips on social media, which were considered contrary to social values, prompting the relevant authorities to take legal action against her.
An official record of the incident was made, and the accused was referred to the Public Prosecution, which began the investigation to uncover the circumstances of the incident and reveal all its details.
