Pilgrims of the Holy House of God conclude their rituals with the farewell Tawaf

Khaberni  - Today, Saturday, the pilgrims of the Holy House of God concluded their rituals with the farewell Tawaf at the Holy Mosque in Mecca, western Saudi Arabia.

The official Saudi news channel reported that the guests of the Merciful concluded their rituals with the farewell Tawaf in the sanctuary of the Holy House of God amid an atmosphere of peace filled with serenity.

This came hours after the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah organized the annual closing ceremony "its conclusion Misk," attended by the Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, celebrating the success of the Hajj season of the year 1447 AH.

During the ceremony, Al-Rabiah announced the delivery of the preliminary arrangements document to the offices responsible for pilgrim affairs, in preparation for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, as a step aimed at enhancing early readiness and enabling the offices to complete contractual, regulatory, and service procedures.

He pointed out that the ministry continues its early preparations for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, according to what was reported by the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) last Friday evening.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced - last Friday - the success of this year's Hajj season through an integrated system of security, organization, and services that enabled the guests of the Merciful to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.

Prince Saud bin Meshal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Mecca Region and the Vice-President of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah, reported this in a televised statement, on the eve of the completion of the Hajj rituals.

The Hajj season began last Monday on May 25th of this month and lasted for 6 days, concluding today, Saturday.

Last Tuesday, the Saudi Statistical Authority announced that the total number of pilgrims this year reached 1,707,301 pilgrims, of which 1,546,655 were pilgrims from outside the country, from 165 nationalities, compared to 160,646 pilgrims from within Saudi Arabia.

Last season, the number of pilgrims reached 1,673,230 from inside and outside the country, compared to more than 1,833,000 pilgrims in 2024.
