Khaberni - The Tourism Promotion Authority stated that the resumption of low-cost flights starting from the first of July will contribute to an increase in the number of tourists, especially from the European markets.
The Authority explained in a statement on Saturday that, in cooperation with the relevant entities, it has intensified its presence at border crossings and main entry points of the kingdom to promote the Jordanian tourism product and to introduce the "Ahla bil Jordan" platform, offering facilities and information necessary for visitors to enhance their tourism experience.
The Authority confirmed that the tourism sector has begun to show signs of gradual recovery, supported by a package of government measures and promotional programs implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and partners in the tourism sector, aimed at mitigating the effects of regional challenges on tourism and travel movement.
