Khaberni - A girl holding both Italian and Brazilian citizenship accused a famous Egyptian player of assaulting her in his home, confirming that she was assaulted while unconscious after consuming a drink he served during his hosting of her.
The girl revealed the incident through a post she shared on her Instagram account on Friday, explaining that it happened during her visit to Egypt in May 2025, and that the player is currently part of the Egyptian national team preparing to compete in the 2026 World Cup finals.
According to her account, the player lured her to his home after meeting him through a private message on his personal account, then invited her out to dinner, but she was surprised when he changed the meeting place from a public restaurant to his home in one of the residential compounds east of Cairo, which raised her suspicions of his intentions.
She added that she lost consciousness after consuming a drink inside the home, to wake up later in a very weak state, confirming that she was assaulted despite her repeated refusal and inability to resist.
She mentioned that she left the place in a state of panic after finding other people inside wearing only underwear, confirming her formal report to the Egyptian authorities days after the incident.
She explained that she gave her statement to the investigative authorities in July 2025 and provided whatever evidence she had, and that the case is still under investigation to date.
