Khaberni - The President of the Internal Audit Association, Mrs. Noura Al-Kilani, honored Owais Al-Haraibi, the Director of the Internal Audit and Control Unit at Petra University, in appreciation of his effective contributions in the association's committees membership, and his voluntary efforts within the academic committee for the Jordanian Internal Audit Forum 2026.
The honor took place in the presence of the President of the Audit Bureau, Dr. Radi Al-Hamadeen, and the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank, Dr. Khaldoun Al-Washaah, during the forum activities held under the slogan: "An Impact That Lasts... Trust That Builds," with the participation of a group of experts and executive leaders from the public and private sectors.
Owais Al-Haraibi has contributed to supporting the efforts to organize the forum and enhancing collaboration between its organizing committees, based on more than ten years of professional experience in the fields of professional work both locally and internationally. He also holds specialized international professional certifications, including the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and the Certified Specialist in Control Assessments (CICS), reflecting the efficiency of the workforce involved in the auditing and control system at Petra University.
Dr. Al-Hamadeen, during his sponsorship of the forum, confirmed that the development of the internal auditing profession represents a national commitment that contributes to enhancing the sustainability of institutional performance and improving governance efficiency, in line with the paths of economic modernization and public sector development.
