The Nozha Prosecutor, led by Counselor Moataz Zakaria, decided to refer the accused to trial before the Economic Court, after charging her with publishing visual content that includes violations of public morals across social media platforms.
The General Administration for the Protection of Morals in the specialized police sector managed to arrest an active content creator on social media, after monitoring her posting video clips that included behaviors described as violating societal values.
Security investigations clarified that the accused published video clips in which she appeared performing dance movements in clothes described as inappropriate, which caused a state of dissatisfaction among several users of social media platforms.

A technical examination revealed that it contained video clips and images related to her activity in publishing non-compliant content.
During the confrontation with the accused about the findings of the examination and investigations, she admitted to filming and publishing those clips through her personal accounts on social media, explaining that her goal was to increase viewership rates and achieve financial profits from the interactions.
