Egyptian student graduates from the University of Kentucky with 3 bachelors degrees in just 4 years

Khaberni  - The account of the "Bigman" College of Engineering at the University of Kentucky wrote about the graduation of the student Mustafa Mubarak, from Alexandria in Egypt, with three bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, and computer science from the same college at the university.

The university added that Mubarak arrived in Lexington, America from Egypt at the age of seventeen and quickly found a supportive community on campus.

As an entrepreneur, a student leader, and an international student, Mubarak managed during his studies at the University of Kentucky to combine strict academic excellence, leadership on campus, and creative projects.

The university published a video clip of student Mustafa Mubarak's speech at the graduation ceremony, where he spoke about his journey to the United States when he was seventeen with only a thousand dollars, before achieving three university degrees at once, which made the university celebrate him particularly, making him the talk of social media platforms.

Some attendees recounted what happened at the moment of the ceremony by saying that the well-known and prestigious University of Kentucky witnessed the engineering college graduation ceremony, and at the beginning of the ceremony a representative of the May 2026 graduating class, a 21-year-old described as a genius and a prodigy, presented.

Because he managed to obtain three bachelor's degrees in engineering fields, a "Triple Major," within the same traditional period as his peers, which led the audience to chant his name amid loud applause. And the surprise was that this young man, an Egyptian named Mustafa Mubarak.

Followers noted that Mustafa's family sent him to the United States alone when he was seventeen with only a thousand dollars, a sum that is very modest by the standards of life there.

Although his passion for engineering was significant, his mastery of English was not at its best. Nevertheless, despite the difficulty and loneliness of the experience for a young man at this age, he gradually managed to form friendships and adapt to his new life.

Today, Mustafa holds three bachelor's degrees: in computer science, computer engineering, and electrical engineering; completing all of them in just four years.

He also founded a startup named "Gomo Figures" that merges engineering and design to transform people's photos into specially designed three-dimensional (3D) figures.

Others wrote that "Egypt has scientists, doctors, and research, but naturally education and scientific research there (in the United States) are more advanced, and that's where the real prodigies truly emerge."

One follower said: "Thank God he went to America, for if he had stayed in the Arab world, none of this would have happened, and although success is always and forever from Allah, the Almighty, and from a person's own efforts, (and that man can have nothing but what he strives for)."

The irony, according to followers, is that the university did not stop celebrating its outstanding student, as its account on the X platform seemed so active that any account mentioning the name Mustafa Mubarak saw the university enter the comments on it and republish the words of its outstanding student Mustafa, continuing to celebrate his story and achievement.
