Khaberni - The Capital Agriculture Directorate, in coordination with the Royal Administration for Environmental Protection / East Amman, carried out a field inspection campaign in the Al-Matabah area of Al-Muwaqqar district, following complaints about the existence of two collection yards for untreated organic fertilizer within the areas of livestock farms.
The campaign resulted in the discovery of two non-compliant collection yards, with an estimated amount of about 1500 tons of untreated organic fertilizer, in violation of applicable environmental regulations and conditions.
The campaign was overseen by the Director of the Capital Agriculture Directorate, Engineer Hussein Al-Khalidi, and involved personnel from the Sihab Agricultural Directorate and the Royal Administration for Environmental Protection, where the inspections were organized and legal proceedings were completed against the violators according to effective laws and instructions.
The Capital Agriculture Directorate confirmed the continuation of its inspection campaigns in various areas of jurisdiction, aiming to protect the environment, public health, and control environmental violations.
