Innocence of Fadel Shaker Why doesnt it mean his return to the spotlight

Khaberni - In a judicial development that reignited controversy over the path of Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker, the Beirut Criminal Court, chaired by Judge Bilal Aldanawi, issued a public verdict acquitting him of the charges attributed to him in the case known in the media as "the Hilal Hamoud file". This verdict, which is considered the first "legal victory" for Fadel Shaker in this file, has opened the door to widespread questions about whether this decision means turning the page on the past, or just a "legal break" before new rounds.

Despite the reception of the verdict by the artist’s fans, the judicial reality indicates that the road is still long and thorny. The acquittal in the "Hamoud file" does not mean in any way the end of Fadel Shaker’s legal status, as sources confirm that there are other more complex and serious court cases still pending before the military court. These files, which are linked to sensitive security issues, make the "current acquittal" an incomplete step that does not end the pursuit.

There is conflicting information regarding the pending cases. While some see the acquittal in the Hilal Hamoud file as potentially creating a gap in the wall of prosecutions, other sources indicate that the military court still retains files that have not yet been resolved, including those related to the "Saraya Resistance" issues. This legal complexity makes it difficult to predict the judicial future of Fadel Shaker, as he remains "frozen" between a verdict that acquits him of a charge, and other files that prevent him from returning to his normal life.
