Khaberni - Modified instructions for the technical inspection of vehicles for the year 2026 were issued in today's edition of the Official Gazette, effective from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Following are the instructions:
Modified instructions for the technical inspection of vehicles for the year 2026
Article 1: These instructions shall be called (Modified instructions for the technical inspection of vehicles for the year 2026) and shall be read together with the instructions of 2009 referred to herein as the original instructions, and shall be effective from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2: Article (3) of the original instructions is amended as follows:
• Firstly: By adding the phrase (and joint transport) after the phrase (passenger cars) wherever mentioned in paragraph (a).
• Secondly: By canceling the phrase (three years) mentioned in clause (1) of paragraph (a) and replacing it with the phrase (five years).
• Thirdly: By cancelling the phrase (which has not been manufactured for more than ten years) mentioned at the beginning of clause (2) of paragraph (a).
• Fourthly: By canceling clause (3) mentioned in paragraph (a), and renumbering clause (4) mentioned in the same paragraph to become clause (3).
• Fifthly: By canceling the phrase (and joint transport) mentioned in clause (1) of paragraph (b).
• Sixthly: By canceling the text of paragraph (c) therein and replacing it with the following text:
(c) Agricultural vehicles and construction vehicles shall be inspected periodically every five years.
