Khaberni - Volunteers of the Housing Bank's social responsibility program "Imkan Housing" participated in executing a series of field activities in the Badr area, according to the strategic partnership agreement signed with the Arab Group for the Protection of Nature for the year 2026.
The volunteers' participation included fieldwork on implementing the "Productive Livelihoods" project by setting up model egg-laying chicken coops for the benefiting families and providing them with necessary supplies such as feed and technical supervision, in addition to their participation in planting a number of fruit trees for the beneficiaries in the area. This initiative aims to economically empower families and achieve home self-sufficiency, ensuring the provision of sustainable livelihood sources and increasing green areas in less fortunate regions.
These field activities embody the message of the "Imkan Housing" program by involving the bank's employees directly in making a tangible positive impact, and turning institutional partnerships in the area of social responsibility into a reality that serves the community and the environment.
It is noted that the Housing Bank has renewed its platinum sponsorship of the Arab Group for the Protection of Nature for the year 2026, where it continues to support the "Green Caravan" program for the sixth consecutive year, alongside supporting a package of developmental projects that include installing solar-powered irrigation systems, distributing bee hives for honey production, establishing egg-laying chicken coops, and planting fruit trees in various provinces of the kingdom.
