Jordan braces for its first relatively hot air mass

Khaberni - The latest images of the weather maps in Arab weather show a gradual and ascending recovery of the atmosphere starting from Thursday, after the Kingdom was impacted by an unusually cold wave that recorded temperatures below the general averages significantly.

A clear rise in temperatures is expected on Thursday, becoming close to their usual rates, where the weather transitions from cold in the early morning hours to moderately spring-like during the afternoon and evening periods, recording temperatures in the twenties Celsius in most cities.

By the end of the week, a relatively warmer air mass approaches the Kingdom, causing a significant change in the weather, transitioning from the winter mode that required wearing heavy clothing, to warm spring weather that touches levels closer to the early summer at times.

The Kingdom will be affected on Friday and Saturday by a relatively hot air mass from the south, accompanied by a high-pressure system in the upper layers of the atmosphere, leading to stable weather and a noticeable additional rise in the temperature to become higher than its usual annual averages.

The weather will be leaning towards warm during the afternoon hours, and relatively hot with the day on Saturday, where temperatures stabilize in the upper twenties Celsius across various regions, whereas they exceed the thirty degrees Celsius barrier in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and the city of Aqaba.

This accelerated rise represents a return to atmospheric stability after a period of sharp fluctuations, where noticeably cold weather prevailed, prompting citizens to use heating methods despite being at the end of spring, which confirms the severity of the weather fluctuations that the region is experiencing.
