Khaberni - Global star Monica Bellucci has excited the Arab audience after revealing her role in the action thriller "7 Dogs", starring Ahmed Ezz and Karim Abdel Aziz.
The film is considered one of the largest productions in the history of Arab cinema, with a budget of 40 million dollars.
Bellucci revealed in a press statement that she portrays the character "Julia Leoni", a mysterious and intelligent woman classified as one of the most dangerous criminal minds in the film, which is set to be released in theaters on May 27.
The character appears as a powerful businesswoman linked to multiple criminal networks, managing one of the largest distribution operations of a drug known as "Pink Lady" in Europe, combining attractiveness and elegance on one hand, and coldness and cunning on the other.
The filmmakers expressed their happiness with Monica Bellucci joining the project, confirming that her presence adds significant artistic value to the film, given her status as one of the leading stars of global cinema.
Plot of "7 Dogs"
The film revolves around the officer "Khaled El Azazi", portrayed by Ahmed Ezz, an Interpol officer who is determined and committed, and manages to catch the dangerous criminal "Ghali Abu Dawood", the leader of an international criminal organization known as "7 Dogs".
One year after the imprisonment of "Abu Dawood", the organization becomes active again, forcing Officer "Khaled" to rely on him again in a highly dangerous mission, within a journey filled with challenges and risks, in an attempt to control the escalating threat.
