Khaberni - Reports of threats targeting Irina Yousry have escalated after her crowning as Miss Egypt 2025 and her entry into acting, with details of repeated stalking and witnesses confirming the incidents.
The artist and Miss Egypt 2025, Irina Yousry, revealed her exposure to repeated stalking and threats from a young man named “Bilal”, confirming that she has felt in danger since winning the title and entering the field of acting.
Irina explained through her official account on “Instagram”, saying: “My life is in danger, and this is the first time I write in this way, and I always cared about the privacy of my life, but when it came to threatening my life and future and the people around me, I could not remain silent”.
She added: “Since I won the title of Miss Egypt and participated in my first drama work, a person named Bilal began following me and writing very strange comments, imagining himself as one of the characters in the series and living in a delusion”.
She continued: “The situation escalated and he became aware of my whereabouts, came to the locations where I was present, carrying a ring and affirming that it was our wedding ring, as well as taking pictures in front of my car, and threatened me that anyone who approaches me would get hurt”.
She pointed out that the actions did not stop there, explaining: “He assaulted my personal driver, and began frequenting my workplace at the clinic and hospitals, causing major problems, and making me afraid to go down to the street”.
She added: “There are witnesses to what happens, but he flees as soon as people gather, and we are unable to take swift action or report to the police, and this situation has continued for several months, until it reached threatening anyone who approaches me, which made those around me feel scared, and the driver left his job after being assaulted”.
Irina also reposted a picture through her official account on “Instagram” of the young man “Bilal”'s card, which included his details and a refugee registration document at the UN Refugee Agency, holding Sudanese nationality.
Irina Yousry graduated in 2021 and works as a dentist, having also obtained a diploma in cosmetology, before she began her career in the beauty field and won the title of Miss Egypt globally for the year 2025.
Irina participated in the 2026 Ramadan drama season through the series “Everyone Loves Modi”, starring the artist Yasser Galal, alongside a number of art stars.
