Security honors drivers who have maintained a violationfree traffic record

Khaberni  - The Public Security Directorate, today, Wednesday, honored a number of outstanding drivers in appreciation of their compliance with traffic rules and priorities, as part of the activities of the World Traffic Day and the Arab Traffic Week, and as part of their ongoing efforts to enhance traffic safety.

The Director of the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Administration, Brigadier Engineer Omar Al-Quraan, honored a number of military and civilian drivers from various provinces of the kingdom during the ceremony held at the administration's building, especially those who have maintained a violation-free traffic record.

The ceremony also included honoring the winner of the traffic competition organized by the directorate, in addition to honoring the winner of the competition for designing the best logo that reflects the message of the occasion, contributing to the support of traffic awareness campaigns and reducing accidents and their resulting human and material losses.

The Public Security Directorate affirmed that this honor comes in appreciation of positive traffic behavior, and as an incentive for drivers to comply, thereby enhancing the spread of traffic culture and establishing the concepts of road safety.

It also referred to the continued efforts of traffic administrations to implement their specialized awareness programs and activities, in cooperation with the Media Management and Community Police, as part of the activities of the World Traffic Day and Arab Traffic Week, aiming to raise traffic awareness levels and achieve a more secure and sustainable traffic environment for road users.
