Khaberni - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, conducted a telephone call on Wednesday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, Cho Hyun, and discussed bilateral relations and the developments in regional situations.
Safadi and Hyun confirmed the depth of the relations between Jordan and Korea, and their mutual keenness to enhance these relations through broader cooperation in various sectors of interest to both countries and serving the interests of the two peoples.
They discussed developments in the region and efforts to end escalation and reach an agreement between the United States and Iran that results in a comprehensive solution ensuring the restoration of calm, security, and stability in the region.
They agreed to continue coordination and consultation to follow up on efforts to enhance bilateral cooperation and on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
