AlZoubi Lectures at Jordan University on Networking and Digital Transformation

Khaberni - Jordan University organized a specialized lecture presented by Engineer Mudar Ghalib Al-Zoubi on “Building and Designing Networks and Digital Transformation”, attended by a number of faculty members and students.

Al-Zoubi provided a comprehensive explanation of the fundamentals of network design, emphasizing the importance of proper planning for infrastructure, determining technical needs, and ensuring scalability and flexibility to keep up with future developments. He also discussed the implementation stages, highlighting the necessity to adhere to international technical standards and ensure the quality of installation and testing before operation.

In the operation segment, he reviewed best practices for network management and maintenance, including performance monitoring, fault handling, and enhancing information security, to ensure service continuity with high efficiency and reliability.

During the lecture, he focused on the importance of building human engineering capabilities, noting that rapid advancements in artificial intelligence technologies pose new challenges that require engineers to be trained with advanced skills in analysis and management of smart systems, rather than merely relying on traditional skills.

He affirmed that the success of digital transformation depends not only on technology transfer but on human competencies capable of designing, implementing, and operating efficiently, and adapting to rapid changes in the workplace.

The lecture featured an interactive discussion on the future of the network sector, opportunities, and challenges associated with digital transformation, and the role of engineers in leading this transformation.

It is noted that Al-Zoubi is a member of the Industrial Advisory Committee for the Electrical Engineering Department at Jordan University, where he contributes to the development of academic programs and enhancing their connection to labor market needs.

This lecture is part of Jordan University's efforts to enhance the practical aspect for students and link academic knowledge to the requirements of the labor market.
