Khaberni - The International Arab Islamic Bank participated in the event organized by the Jordan Central Bank under the patronage of His Excellency the Governor of the Jordan Central Bank, Dr. Adel Sharkas, under the title "Enhancing the Pivotal Role of Women in the Financial and Banking Sector", which took place at the Fairmont Amman Hotel.
The bank's participation in this event reaffirms its leadership role in supporting the economic empowerment journey of women in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, aligning with the national strategy for financial inclusion and the vision of economic modernization.
Moreover, the General Manager of the International Arab Islamic Bank, Mr. Iyad Asali, affirmed the vision adopted by the bank towards women's empowerment as a core part of the bank's institutional strategy. He added, "Our participation in this event stems from our deep belief that women's empowerment is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable economic development, and that the International Arab Islamic Bank is committed to providing a stimulating work environment that supports women's access to leadership positions, in addition to innovating quality Islamic banking solutions that meet the aspirations of Jordanian women and support their ambitions in the financial sector, in line with the economic modernization, Central Bank strategy, and national goals of financial inclusion."
