Khaberni  - Orange Jordan announced the names of the four winners of the "Inspiring Change" Award 2026, which the company launched in conjunction with International Women's Day, supported by Capital Bank and in collaboration with the Information and Communication Technology Companies Association "Intaj" under the umbrella of the Women's Empowerment Unit “SHETECHS”, reaffirming its continuous commitment to empowering female entrepreneurs and enhancing the role of women in leading innovation in the technology and entrepreneurship sectors.

The fifth edition of the award this year saw notable developments, including the introduction of a new category for sustainable solutions for the first time, while the four winners shined with their innovative digital projects that reflect a positive impact on the society and environment in the telecommunications and information technology sector, embodying unique success stories that highlight the role of the award in supporting their ambitious ideas and transforming them into competitive and scalable projects.

The "SpineSight" project won first place for its achievements in the field of health technology, integrating artificial intelligence in diagnosing spinal problems and providing specialized recommendations. It was followed by the "OIA" project in second place for its use of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) in teaching disabled children in interactive and innovative ways. The "Payknit" fintech project came in third place for its contribution to facilitating cross-border payment solutions, while the "Our Environment" project won the best project in the field of sustainable solutions, competing with four projects in the competition finals, for developing a smart recycling system based on reverse vending machines (RVMs).

The CEO of Orange Jordan, Engineer Philippe Mansour, stated that the "Inspiring Change" Award reflects the company's commitment to empowering women and enhancing their presence in the digital scene. He mentioned that since its launch in 2022, the award has become a leading platform for supporting female entrepreneurs, attracting 482 participants, and honoring 17 winners to date, reflecting its impact in empowering startups led by women, and its contribution to building a more inclusive and innovative ecosystem in Jordan. Mansour appreciated the role of Capital Bank and the Intaj Association as strategic partners for their active contribution to the success of this award and enhancing its impact in empowering female entrepreneurs across the kingdom.
