Khaberni - With the implementation of electronic billing requirements in Jordan issued by the Income and Sales Tax Department, Umniah company, a part of Beyon, announced the launch of an electronic billing service (e-Invoice) in collaboration with InvoiceQ FinTech company, to offer a practical solution with flexible monthly subscriptions suitable for institutions from various sectors, enabling them to comply with tax regulations efficiently and accurately.
The service provides an integrated cloud platform that enables institutions to issue, verify, and send electronic invoices directly and automatically to the Income and Sales Tax Department, alongside archiving them and sharing with clients within a unified digital system, which contributes to reducing operational errors and saving time and effort. It also allows operation on various devices running Android and iOS systems, offering users high flexibility in managing their businesses from anywhere.
Additionally, the platform provides a direct and immediate linkage with approved government systems, granting companies clearer visibility in their tax obligations and reducing risks of errors or delays in compliance. The features include interactive dashboards for real-time financial performance monitoring, along with various digital payment options that help expedite collection processes.
From his side, Faisal Al-Jalahma, CEO of Umniah, said: "At Umniah, we are working on empowering the business sector with digital solutions that enhance its efficiency and keep up with the new regulatory requirements. This partnership allows companies and commercial stores to rely on a reliable technical infrastructure that helps them comply smoothly, while maintaining their business continuity and growth."
Al-Jalahma added that this step comes within Umniah's strategy to introduce comprehensive services for small and medium-sized institutions (SME in a BOX) and its pursuit to enable institutions in the digital transformation.
The solution targets various business sector categories, where it allows large companies direct integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems through APIs, ensuring seamless financial operations without needing to change their existing systems. Conversely, it provides small and medium-sized institutions with an easy-to-use interface that enables them to quickly issue and manage invoices without the need for a complex accounting structure.
The service provides institutions with multiple branches the ability to manage all invoices from a unified platform, without the need for additional investments in hardware or infrastructure, making it a practical option that supports operational efficiency and enhances companies' readiness for the upcoming digital phase.
