Thanks be to Allah, a major surgical operation was conducted for hip replacement inside the hospital, for a patient suffering from a complex fracture in the neck of the femur. This is among the precise and advanced operations that were not performed in peripheral hospitals; rather, they were referred to central hospitals due to their sensitivity and difficulty.
However, this achievement confirms that North Badia Hospital now has the competence and capabilities to perform such advanced interventions, thanks to the determination of its staff to evolve and keep up with the latest advancements in modern surgery.
