Ziad Al-Saaydeh, the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Authority, announced that the Board of Commissioners has decided in its meeting held on Thursday, to set the tariff for fuel price variance in the electricity bill for May at a value of "zero".
